So let's break down exactly how this works...

It all starts with a basic 2x2. In it's simplest form, it is two people below you who also have two people below them. Let's think of it in terms of a family. We have a single mom, that's you (don't worry we won't judge you, we will just say it was beyond your control). You have two children, who both grow up to also have two children (your grandchildren). If we were to leave the in-laws at home for Thanksgiving dinner (wow you must be really had to get along with, but again I am not judging you) you would have to cook for yourself and six other people -- two children and four grandchildren. Simple enough, right? Let's move on.

When all six positions below you are filled you have a full 2x2 or a cycle. You will earn $12 on your first cycle and be placed in a bonus 2x2. Now here is the exciting part, as each of the six people in your matrix cycle for themselves you earn an additional $10. Yes, $10 per person. Then when all six of them have cycled you earn another bonus of $8. That puts $80 back in your pocket.

Here's how you will get there...

You can easily earn your first $80 by simply telling two people who also tell two people. If you already have an existing network, then you will likely be able to earn your first $80 in a matter of days. But I have put a few other things in place to make it even easier to cycle.

Spillover -- This is a binary matrix which means that everyone is working on just two legs. Once the first two positions are filled, all new referrals fall downline to an open position.

Spillunder -- This is a part of every matrix system. Some choose to proclaim that it is a "something special" that they have. It's nothing special, but you will receive credit for people that your downline bring into the program.

Reentry -- This is a very powerful part of 2³. As users complete their matrix, they will have the option to reenter. When they reenter, they may choose an existing member to join under or join under a random member that hasn't sponsored two people. Either way they will become a member of an existing 2³ and because they already have completed a grand cycle they will be a powerful teammate.

Orphan Entries -- An orphan would be a member that finds the website without being directly referred by an existing member. Unlike other programs, the admin doesn't have a matrix. All orphan entries will be placed with a member that hasn't sponsored two people -- basically filling any open positions that you may have in your 2³.

Upgrade to earn even more...

You can upgrade at any point or let the program do it for you. You have three upgrade options, "Recycle," "Progress," and "Recycle and Progress."" With Recycle you are given a new position on the same level. With Progress you move up a level. Recycle and Progress is a combination of the two. You get a recycled position on level 1 and you progress to the next level. I am going to start by breaking down the Progress option. Let's say you are on the $10 level. Once you complete your grand cycle you are ready to upgrade. If you have selected to automatically progress you will automatically move to the $20 level. You will be given a new $20 position under an upline member that is on that particular level. The page that you use to promote the opportunity changes and you are now filling positions on the $20 level. Once you complete your grand cycle you will earn $160. Here is a table of each level and your how much you will earn.

Now let's see what happens with Recycle and Progress. We will use the same scenario. You are on the $10 level and you completed your grand cycle. If you have selected to automatically upgrade you will move on to the $20 level and you will be given a new position the $10 level. But it gets better because as you move up levels you put more positions on the $10 level. By the time you will personally put enough positions back in to complete another grand matrix. Now consider that each person in your downline will be doing the same and you can quickly see the benefit. Here is a table of each level and how much you will earn. It probably goes without saying, but the recycle amount is $10 for each new position that is placed on the $10 level.
